The laboratory allows students to familiarize themselves with the technique of ventilation measurements, the operation of modern measuring instruments and the construction of test stations in accordance with standards.
The laboratory is also equipped with a fully instrumented air conditioning unit, stations for testing the ventilation system (flow resistance in ducts, fan accumulation, noise), testing of air conditioning air parameters. Our measuring instruments allow us to conduct research, tests and acceptance of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Main laboratory equipment:
- Babuc /A microclimate meter with INFOGAP software from LSI – version 2.03/2.1.0. The software is not installed due to the lack of a computer in room 5,
- Electronic temperature and humidity meters (3 pcs.),
- Microprocessor wing anemometer (μAs) for measuring air velocity,
- Test fans (4 pcs.),
- Model, metered CTA-4 air handling unit divided into individual air treatment blocks,
- EkozefirRK-700-UPE-3.0 air handling unit from EBN-PAPST in room 239.
