Faculty for the community

In order to promote the fields of study conducted by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering, representatives of the Faculty have participated in the following mass events in recent years:

  • 19th Festival of Science Technology and Arts - Man-Knowledge-Innovation, 8-15 April 2019,
  • Łódź Salon of Secondary School Graduates organized by "Perspektywy" – 23-24 September 2019,

In addition, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering, demonstrations, workshops and classes for high school students were organized:

  • "Brick Day" - Open Day of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering of TUL – April 5, 2018,
  • "Brick Day" - Open Day of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering of TUL – April 3, 2019,
  • lecture entitled "Smog – a contemporary problem of cities" conducted by an employee of the Faculty, Dr Eng. Robert Cichowicz - February 4, 2019,
  • visit to the Faculty of students of the High School of Fine Arts in Włocławek (visiting the Faculty combined with a lecture) - November 24, 2019,

in 2018, 2019 and 2020, the employees of the Faculty conducted a series of classes in cooperation with the Jan Kiliński School Complex No. 1 in Pabianice, taking place in the laboratories of the Faculty. Classes were held once a month, 4 hours each (activities under the program "Tomorrow belongs to the professionals").
